created new go package monitor, prepared serial monitor sub-package, sender_module, and reciever_module updated
- slightly edited .ino files - documentation added - now it will save the logs in special directories on any os
- Serial reader read data, and outputs them - Sender send temperature - Receiver transmits data via serial
